    2 c
  • American cheese
    9 slice
  • dill pickle slices
    24
  • butter
    2 tbsp
  • sesame seeds
    2 tbsp
  • lean ground beef
    1 lb
  • salt
    ½ tsp
  • black pepper
    ¼ tsp
  • white onion
    ¼ c
  • mayonnaise
    ⅝ c
  • sweet pickle relish
    2 ½ tbsp
  • sugar
    2 tsp
  • yellow mustard
    1 ½ tbsp
  • paprika
    ½ tsp
  • onion powder
    ½ tsp
  • garlic powder
    ¼ tsp

Directions

  1. 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a 9×13 inch baking dish or sheet pan with nonstick cooking spray to prevent the sliders from sticking during baking.

  2. 2

In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, sugar, yellow mustard, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder. Stir well until all ingredients are fully incorporated. Set the sauce aside for later use.

  3. 3

Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef, chopped onions, salt, and black pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the beef is fully browned with no pink remaining and the onions have softened. Remove from heat and drain excess fat.

  4. 4

Place the bottoms of the slider buns in the prepared baking dish. Spread a thin layer of the Big Mac sauce over each bottom bun, then evenly distribute the cooked beef mixture on top. Place American cheese slices over the beef to cover it as evenly as possible. Arrange dill pickle slices on the cheese layer, spacing them so each slider has several pickles.

  5. 5

Bake the assembled bottom halves of the sliders for 8 to 10 minutes to heat through and melt the cheese slightly.

  6. 6

Remove the dish from the oven and add shredded lettuce on top of the pickles. Spread remaining Big Mac sauce on the underside of the top slider buns. Place the buttered top buns over each slider stack.

  7. 7

Melt the butter in a small bowl. Brush the melted butter generously on the tops of the slider buns, then sprinkle sesame seeds evenly over the buttered tops.

  8. 8

Cover the assembled sliders with foil and bake for an additional 3 to 4 minutes, until the buns are warmed and the entire slider stack is hot and melded together.

  9. 9

Remove the foil and sliders from the oven. Serve warm and enjoy these delectable Big Mac Sliders fresh from the oven.
