    Lightly coat a 13- x 9-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Stir together graham cracker crumbs, butter, granulated sugar, cinnamon, and 1/2 teaspoon of the salt in a medium bowl until mixture resembles wet sand. Press mixture evenly into bottom of prepared baking dish. Chill crust until set, about 30 minutes.

    Meanwhile, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt in a medium bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth and creamy, about 2 minutes. Fold in lemon zest and 2 cups of the whipped topping until fully combined and no streaks remain.

    Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over chilled crust. Spoon blueberry pie filling evenly over cream cheese layer, spreading gently to cover. Spread remaining whipped topping (about 4 cups) over pie filling.

    Cover and refrigerate until set, at least 4 hours or up to 12 hours.

    Cut into pieces. Garnish with fresh blueberries and additional lemon zest before serving.
