- 1 lb baby bok choy
rinsed and halved
- 8 oz mushrooms
sliced, shiitake, button, or your favorite type
- 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic
minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger
minced, optional
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
