Part biscuit and part cracker, these Cheese Cocktail Biscuits are rich, cheesy, and easy to make, making them an ideal addition to holiday gatherings, cocktail parties, and appetizer spreads.

- 1 ½ call-purpose flour
- 8 ozextra-sharp cheddar cheese
- 8 ozpepper Jack cheese
- ½ ccold salted butter
- 1 largeegg
- 1 tspWorcestershire sauce
- ¼ tsptable salt
- ¼ tspcayenne pepper

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line 2 large baking sheets with parchment paper.

Place all ingredients in a food processor; process until mixture begins to form a cohesive mass, about 45 seconds.

Roll dough out between 2 sheets of parchment paper to a 1/2-inch-thick rectangle. Cut into 1-inch squares, and place dough squares 1 inch apart onto prepared baking sheets. Reroll scraps as needed.

Bake until lightly golden brown and set, 20 to 25 minutes, rotating baking sheets from top to bottom halfway through. Let cool on baking sheets 2 minutes. Transfer to wire racks. Serve warm or at room temperature.
