    In a large saucepan, heat the butter over medium-high heat. Add the onion, celery, and red pepper, then cook and stir them for six to eight minutes or until the vegetables are tender. Editor's Tip: For an extra flavor boost, add a pinch of smoked paprika or garlic powder while the vegetables are cooking. It'll deepen the flavor without complicating the recipe.
