- 1 ozcan black beans
- 1 cfire roasted corn
- 1 ccherry tomatoes
- ½ smallred onion
- 1jalapeno
- ¼ ccilantro
- 1avocado
- Zest of one lime
- Juice of 2 limes or 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 tbspextra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbspmaple syrup
- 1 largeclove of garlic
- ½ tspcumin
- 1 tspchili powder or Tajin
- 1 tspsmoked paprika
- ¼ tspsalt
Directions

In a medium mixing bowl, combine beans, corn, tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro.

In a separate cup or bowl combine lime zest, lime juice, oil, maple syrup, and remaining seasonings. Whisk the vinaigrette together and pour dressing over beans and gently toss everything together to coat.
