Tips for Success:
- Perfect Salmon: Don't overcrowd your pan when cooking the salmon chunks. Cook in batches if necessary to get a nice sear on each piece.
- Customize Your Bowl: Feel free to add other fresh veggies like bell peppers, shredded carrots, or edamame for extra crunch and nutrients. A sprinkle of sesame seeds also adds a lovely finish.
- Spice It Up (or Down): Adjust the amount of chipotle in adobo to suit your heat preference. For a milder touch, deseed the jalapeño in the creamy green sauce.
