Cinnamon Roll Snickerdoodle Cookies
Ingredients

- ¾ cbrown sugar
- ¼ cgranulated sugar
- 1 largeegg
- 1 tspvanilla paste
- 2 ¾ call-purpose flour
- ½ tspcream of tartar
- ¾ tspbaking soda
- ½ tspsalt
- 1 ½ tspground cinnamon
- 3 tbspunsalted butter
- ¼ cbrown sugar
- 1 tbspground cinnamon
- 1 tbspall-purpose flour
- ¼ cgranulated sugar
- 1 tspground cinnamon
- 2 ozcream cheese
- ½ cpowdered sugar
- 1–2 tbsp milk

Preheat your oven to 350°f and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Make the cinnamon roll filling by mixing together the melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and flour until a thick paste forms.

Spread the cinnamon roll filling onto a small piece of parchment paper and freeze for 20 minutes until firm.

In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.

Mix in the egg and vanilla paste until combined.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix just until combined.

Remove the cinnamon filling from the freezer and chop into small pieces.

Gently fold the pieces into the cookie dough.

Mix together the granulated sugar and cinnamon for the coating.

Scoop large portions of dough, about ⅓ cup each.

Roll dough portions in the cinnamon sugar coating.

Bake for 12–14 minutes, or until the edges are set and the centers still look slightly underbaked.

Let cool for 10 minutes on baking sheet so the cookies can set.

For the glaze, whisk together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk (or heavy cream), and vanilla until smooth.

Add milk or cream until you get the desired consistency.

Drizzle the glaze over the cooled cookies and enjoy.
