- ¾ cchicken stock
- 2 tbsptequila
- 2 tbsplime juice
- 1 ½ cheavy cream
- 3 tbspsoy sauce
- 2 tbspvegetable oil
- 2chicken breasts

- ¼ tspkosher salt
- ¼ tspcoarse ground black pepper
- ½red onion
, sliced thinly
- ½red bell pepper
, sliced thinly
- ½yellow bell pepper
, sliced thinly
- ½green bell pepper
, sliced thinly
- ½ ccilantro
, chopped
- 1 lbspinach fettucini
, cooked and drained, not rinsed

Add the garlic and jalapeno in a small saucepan with the butter and cook over medium low heat for 1-2 minutes
