
Crispy Orange Garlic Chicken Skillet
Ingredients

- ⅓ ctamari
- 2 tbsphoney (use 1-2 tablespoons
- 1 tbsppickled ginger

- 4 tbspgochujang chili paste
Korean chili paste
- 1 tbspsesame oil
- black pepper
- chili flakes
- 3 tbspsesame oil
- 1 ½ lbground chicken
- 1 tsparrowroot powder
- 3 tbspsalted butter
- 4garlic cloves

In a glass jar or bowl, mix together orange juice, tamari, honey, chopped pickled ginger, ginger juice, gochujang, toasted sesame oil, black pepper, and chili flakes until well combined to create the sauce.

Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground chicken, arrowroot powder, black pepper, and chili flakes. Cook while breaking the meat apart until the chicken is browned, about 5 minutes.

Stir in the butter and minced garlic. Continue cooking for 2 minutes, allowing the butter to brown slightly and the chicken to become crispy.

Pour the prepared sauce over the chicken in the skillet. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens a bit.

Add the chopped broccoli to the skillet and cook for an additional 3 to 5 minutes until the broccoli is tender but still crisp.

Remove the skillet from heat. Serve the chicken and broccoli mixture over cooked rice, then sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds or peanuts and sliced green onions.
