Ingredients
- 2-pounds Pork Tenderloin cut into thin strips lengthwise ( around 8 strips cut 1/4 inch thick slices and 6 to 8 inches long or use boneless center-cut thin pork chops pounded 1/4 inch thick
- Note: you can also use thin steak
chicken, or venison steaks
- 1 ozcontainer whipped cream cheese
- 8thin slices of applewood bacon
- 8 sliceblack forest ham or another deli meat
- a medley of chopped fresh herbs
parsley, basil around 1/2 cup or use Italian seasoning
- granulated garlic to sprinkle over each roll-up
- olive oil and butter melted together around 1/4 of a cup
- Italian flavored breadcrumbs
- 1snack cup size 4 ounces of applesauce
- 1 capple juice or white wine
- salt
pepper
- butchers thread or use toothpicks to hold them together
- Pecorino Romano grated cheese

Prepare and oil spray (or line with parchment paper) a 13 x 9 casserole dish then set aside.

Slice the pork tenderloin into long 1/4 inch pieces on a cutting board.

Spread each one with whipped cream cheese.

Sprinkle with granulated garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
