Add the ground chicken to the pan. Break it up with a spatula and cook until mostly cooked through, about 3-5 minutes, stirring regularly to ensure even cooking.

When the chicken is nearly cooked, add low-sodium soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and brown sugar. Stir thoroughly until the brown sugar dissolves and the chicken is evenly coated. Stir in the fresh Thai holy basil leaves and cook for another 1-2 minutes until the basil wilts.

Spoon the Thai basil chicken generously over steamed Jasmine rice. Top each serving with a fried egg cooked to your liking, additional thinly sliced scallions, and fresh basil leaves. Serve immediately to enjoy the best flavors and textures.
