  • potatoes
    2 medium
  • green peas
    ½ c
  • oil for filling
    1 tbsp
  • cumin seeds
    ½ tsp
  • ginger-garlic paste
    ½ tsp
  • turmeric powder
    ¼ tsp
  • red chili powder
    ½ tsp
  • coriander powder
    1 tsp
  • garam masala
    ½ tsp
  • Salt
  • Oil for deep frying
