- a pinch shredded cheese
- a little bit salsa

Directions

Start with 2 lb of chicken breast and add one pack of low sodium taco seasoning.

Next, add one green pepper and one red onion, one can of green chilies in one can of diced tomatoes.

Cover this and let this cook on high for 2 hours.

After 2 hours, shred your chicken.

For the rice, add 2 cups of water and one cup of dry rice.
