Ingredients

  • Cooking spray
  • bulk hot Italian pork sausage

  • package cream cheese

    at room temperature, 8-ounce

  • Worcestershire sauce

  • onion powder
    2 tsp
  • garlic powder
    ½ tsp
  • container sour cream

  • Muenster cheese

  • pasteurized prepared cheese product

    cut into small cubes, divided

Directions

    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Coat a 9-inch square baking dish with cooking spray.

    Cook sausage in a large skillet over medium-high, stirring occasionally and breaking into crumbles, until browned and cooked through, 8 to 10 minutes. Drain on a plate lined with paper towels.

    Stir together cream cheese, scallions, Worcestershire, onion powder, and garlic powder in a large bowl until well combined. Stir in sour cream, Muenster cheese, sausage, and half of the prepared cheese product until combined.

    Transfer cheese mixture to prepared baking dish, and spread into an even layer. Top evenly with remaining prepared cheese product.

    Bake in the preheated oven until dip is hot, melty, and bubbly around the edges, 30 to 35 minutes. If desired, use the back of a spoon to gently swirl top of dip. Garnish with more scallions. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
