Ingredients
- 16 ozshredded iceberg lettuce
- 4 ozsmoked deli ham
- 4 ozlarge deli pepperoni
- 4 ozsalami
- 5slices provolone cheese
- 1 containergrape tomatoes
halved
- ¼ cred onion
finely diced
- ½ cpepperoncinis
thinly sliced
- ¼ cgrated parmesan cheese
- 1 ccroutons
- ½ cmayo
- 1 tbspolive oil
- 2 tbspred wine vinegar
- 2 tbspitalian seasoning
- 1 tspgarlic powder
- ½ tspsalt
- ½ tspblack pepper
Directions

Cut the ham, pepperoni, salami and provolone cheese slices into ½ inch thick slices

Slice the grape tomatoes in half the long way then finely dice the red onion.

Add all of the cut ingredients into a large bowl with the shredded lettuce, sliced pepperoncinis, croutons and grated Parmesan cheese.

Mix all of the dressing ingredients in a bowl

Pour the dressing over the top of the ingredients then mix thoroughly until fully combined.
