Ingredients

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2/3 cup powdered sweetener
- 1/2 cup sour cream
room temperature
- 1/2 cup cream cheese

- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp vodka
Directions

Place the strawberries, powdered sweetener, and vodka (optional) into a food processor. Blend until almost smooth, but a few chunks of strawberries remain.

Add the strawberry mixture to a large bowl. Add the sour cream, cream cheese, and vanilla extract to the strawberry mixture and whisk until well combined.

In another large bowl, whip the heavy for about 3 minutes or until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into the strawberry mixture.
