Tips for Perfect Stuffed Manicotti
- Don't Overcook the Pasta: Boil your manicotti shells just to al dente (slightly firm) before stuffing. They'll finish cooking in the oven and stay perfectly tender, not mushy.
- Flavorful Meat: While our recipe calls for ground beef, feel free to experiment with a mix of ground beef and Italian sausage for an extra layer of flavor. Brown the meat well to develop rich savory notes.
- Easy Stuffing: For the quickest and cleanest way to fill your manicotti shells, transfer the meat and cheese mixture to a large piping bag (or a sturdy zip-top bag with the corner snipped off). This makes the process much faster than spooning.
This meat stuffed pasta is ideal for family dinners, potlucks, or meal prepping for a busy week. Serve it alongside a crisp green salad and some crusty garlic bread to soak up every last drop of that incredible sauce. Get ready to dig into a truly unforgettable meal!
