- 1stock powder dissolved in boiling water
- 1 ½ tbspseven spices
- 1 ½ tbspallspice
- 1 ½ tbspturmeric
- 1 ½ tbspgarlic powder
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Ready-made phyllo dough

Ouzi Rice Preparation

Heat olive oil and ghee in a pan. Sauté the finely chopped onion with salt and black pepper.

Add half of the seven spices, turmeric, allspice, and garlic powder to the onion. Stir well.

Add the minced meat and cook until browned.

Add the crushed garlic, peas, and carrots, and stir.

Wash the Sunwhite rice several times until the water runs clear; do not soak.

Season the washed rice with the remaining half of the spices (salt, black pepper, seven spices, allspice, turmeric, garlic powder).
