My original viral crockpot dinner! This one is my most asked for recipe! Cheesy pierogies, smoky kielbasa, and seasoned ground beef slow cooked into the ultimate comfort food dinner.

Ingredients

  • ground beef
    1 lb
  • kielbasa

    cut into bite-size pieces

    1 package
  • family size pierogies
    1 bag
  • cream of potato soup
    2 can
  • Beef broth

    enough to fill one empty soup can

  • smoked paprika
    2 tsp
  • garlic powder
    2 tsp
  • onion powder
    2 tsp
  • salt
    1 tsp
  • pepper
    1 tsp
  • butter

    cut into small squares

    ½ stick
  • cheddar cheese
    2 c
  • Onions and peppers
  • Broccoli
  • Carrots
  • Green beans

Directions

    Spray your crock pot.

    Cook 1 pound of ground beef on your stovetop and drain the excess grease. Add it into the crock pot.

    Cut 12 ounces of kielbasa into bite-size pieces and add it to the crock pot.

    Add approximately 24 to 26 ounces of pierogies (one family-size bag) to the crock pot.

    Add 2 cans of cream of potato soup.

    Fill one of the empty cream of potato soup cans with beef broth and add it to the crock pot.

    Add 2 teaspoons of smoked paprika (or regular paprika), 2 teaspoons of garlic powder, 2 teaspoons of onion powder, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of pepper. Give everything a good stir.

    If desired, you can add cut-up onions, peppers, broccoli, carrots, or green beans.

    Cut half a stick of butter into little squares and place them all around the top of the mixture.

    Put your lid on and cook on high for two to three hours or on low for four to five hours.

    Once cooked, add in two cups of shredded cheddar cheese.

    You can put the lid back on to allow the cheese to melt, or allow it to melt from the residual heat of the hot casserole.
