Ingredients
- 1 ½ lbground beef
- White onion
a small amount chopped
- 1 mediumpotato
- 1tomato
- 2 clovegarlic
- 1 tbsptomato bouillon
- ½ tspcumin
- 1 cwater
- Salt
- 1serrano pepper
- Additional water

Brown 1.5 pounds of ground beef for 10 to 15 minutes, breaking it up as it cooks.
