unsweetened
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 large egg yolks
room temperature
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 ounces unsalted butter
room temperature, 1/4 cup
- 2 tablespoons coconut extract
or pure vanilla extract
- 2 to 3 ounces dark chocolate
or milk chocolate, melted, optional
