This Creamy Boursin Chicken Orzo Bake made in one pan with tender chicken, garlic-herb Boursin cheese, and perfectly baked orzo. Comforting, easy, and packed with rich flavor in every bite.

Ingredients

  • boneless skinless chicken breasts

    cubed

    1 lb
  • Salt & black pepper
  • Italian seasoning
    1 tsp
  • smoked paprika
    ½ tsp
  • olive oil
    1 tbsp
  • garlic

    minced

    3 clove
  • dry orzo
    2 c
  • chicken broth
    2 ¼ c
  • Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs
    1 package
  • cherry tomatoes

    halved

    1 ½ c
  • fresh spinach
    3 c
  • Parmesan
    ½ c
  • red pepper flakes
    1 pinch
  • Squeeze of lemon

Directions

    Preheat oven to 400°F.

    Season the chicken with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and smoked paprika.

    In a large oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sear chicken 3–4 minutes (it will finish cooking in the oven).

    Add the garlic and cook 30 seconds until fragrant.

    Stir in orzo and broth. Nestle the Boursin in the center.

    Scatter cherry tomatoes around (place some cut-side up on top.

    Cover with foil and bake 25-30 minutes, until orzo is tender.

    Remove foil and stir until creamy. Fold in spinach and Parmesan. Bake further uncovered 3–5 minutes.

    Finish with lemon, fresh basil, and chili flakes if desired.
