Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
Place the salmon (with the juices from the can), both flours, and egg in a large bowl.
Stir to combine the ingredients.
Take one tablespoon of the dough and roll it into a ball. Repeat with the remaining dough.
Place the balls on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes.
Allow the treats to cool to room temperature.
