    Spread the chicken mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet. Score the surface with a knife to create 12 rectangular portions, being careful not to cut all the way through.

    Bake in the preheated oven for 8 minutes. Switch oven to broiler and broil until the chicken is browned on top and cooked through, and an instant-read thermometer inserted into the center registers 165 degrees F (74 degrees C), 6 minutes.
