Ingredients
- 4 call-purpose flour leveled
- 2 cgranulated sugar
more for the tops
- 1 tspbaking soda
- ½ tspsalt
- 4 largeeggs
- 1 cvegetable oil
- 2 csour cream
or you can also use Greek yogurt, regular or low-fat for either one
- 1 tspvanilla extract
- 2 cblueberries
fresh peaches, pears, apples, or whole raspberries, and you can also use 1 cup of chocolate chips

Grease two 12-cup muffin tins or line it with paper liners.

Combine (all dry ingredients) the flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt in a bowl and whisk together evenly.
