Ingredients

  • 6 cups cubed savory cornbread
  • 6 cups cubed French or Italian bread
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 large sweet onion

    diced

  • 2 ribs celery

    diced

  • 1 10 3/4 oz can cream of chicken with herbs soup or cream of chicken
  • 3 large eggs

    beaten

  • 1-2 Tbsp chopped fresh sage
    may adjust to taste
  • 2 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 32 oz low sodium chicken broth

Directions
