- 1red bell pepper

- 1 ccarrots
- 3green onions
sliced
- ½ clow-sodium soy sauce
- ¼ choney
- 2 tbsprice vinegar
- 1 tbspsesame oil
- 2 clovegarlic
minced
- 1 tspfresh grated ginger
- 1 tbspcornstarch
- 2 tbspwater
to mix with cornstarch
