- 2 cfresh rhubarb
- ¾ cgranulated sugar
- ¼ ccornstarch
- 1 tspvanilla extract
- ½ tspground cinnamon
- ¼ tspsalt
- 2pre-made pie crusts
- 1 tbspunsalted butter

- 1 tbspturbinado sugar

In a large bowl, mix strawberries, rhubarb, sugar, cornstarch, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt until combined.

Line a 9-inch pie dish with one pie crust. Pour filling into the crust and dot with butter pieces.
