Vanilla Puffs
Ingredients
- 4eggs
- 1 csugar
- 1 tspvanilla essence
- 1 cmilk
- 1 coil
- 2 cself-raising flour
- 2 tspbaking powder
- Icing sugar for dusting
- 250ml Orley Whip
- 1 boxvanilla instant pudding
- ½ cmilk
Directions
Cupcake
- 1
Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla essence.

Add milk and oil. Mix well.

Add flour and baking powder. Mix well until smooth.

Pour into cupcake or muffin cases.

Bake: 180°C for 10-12min.

Once cooled, peel off the cupcake cases and cut cupcakes in half.
Filling

Beat Orley Whip. Can use cream, but Orley Whip holds better. Orley Whip is similar Cool Whip (US, UAE etc).

Mix instant pudding and milk in a bowl. Add to Orley Whip and mix together.

Put into piping bag and pipe over the bottom half of the cupcakes.

Put the top half back on top and dust with icing sugar.

I like to put them into a new cupcake case for presentation.
