- ½ ccanola oil
- 1 tbspfresh parsley
- 1garlic clove
- ¼ tspsalt
- ⅛ tsppepper
- 3 czucchini
- 1 cbiscuit/baking mix
- 1 smallonion

Preheat the oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, Parmesan cheese, canola oil, minced fresh parsley, garlic, salt and pepper.
