- ½ cmatchstick carrots
- ½ cfinely chopped red bell pepper
- 2 mediumscallions
thinly sliced, plus more for garnish, about ¼ cup
- 2 tbspchopped fresh cilantro
plus more for garnish
- toasted white and black sesame seeds

- crudités and crackers
