Nana Parsons chocolate chip cookies

Ingredients

  • ½ cupbutter (softened)
  • 1 cupbrown sugar (packed)
  • 2 tspvanilla
  • 1egg
  • 2 cupsbisquick baking mix
  • 1 cupsemi-sweet chocolate chips ((6 oz))
  • 0 cupnuts (chopped, if desired (optional))

Directions

    Heat oven to 375°F.

    In a large bowl, mix butter, sugar, vanilla, and egg. Stir in Bisquick mix, chocolate chips, and nuts.

    Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet, about 2 inches apart; flatten slightly.
