A comforting pasta dish featuring tender sirloin or ribeye steak and crisp broccoli florets, all tossed in a rich, creamy sauce with spaghetti or linguine, making for a delicious and hearty meal.

  • spaghetti or linguine
    340 g
  • sirloin or ribeye steak

cut into 2.5 cm cubes, 1-inch

    450 g
  • broccoli florets
    3 c
  • unsalted
    3 tbsp

Directions

  1. 1

Cook spaghetti or linguine according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

While the pasta cooks, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak cubes and cook until browned on all sides and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove steak from the skillet and set aside.

  3. 3

In the same skillet, you can lightly sauté or steam the broccoli florets until tender-crisp.

  4. 4

If the ingredient '3 tablespoons unsalted' refers to butter, melt the unsalted butter in the skillet. If cream or other liquid is intended for the sauce, add it now and simmer until slightly thickened. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  5. 5

Return the cooked steak and broccoli to the skillet with the sauce. Add the cooked pasta and toss everything together to coat evenly.

  6. 6

    Serve immediately.
