  • unsalted butter
    2 tbsp
  • garlic

    3 cloves
  • all-purpose flour
    2 tbsp
  • white wine

    or chicken broth

    ½ c
  • heavy cream
    1 c
  • julienned sun dried tomatoes in olive oil

    drained

    ¼ c
  • mozzarella cheese

    shredded

    ½ c
  • freshly grated parmesan
    ¼ c
  • dried oregano
    ¼ tsp
  • red pepper flakes
    ¼ tsp
  • handful fresh basil chopped finely
  • kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
    to taste

Directions
