Crockpot Chili
Ingredients

- 3bell peppers
- 4 clovegarlic
- 2 lbground beef
- Salt
- Pepper
- Little potatoes
- 2 packetchili mix
- 1 tbspchili powder
- 1 tbspcumin
- ½ tbsporegano
- 1 tspcayenne pepper

- 1 canplum tomatoes

Dice up 1 large onion and 3 bell peppers.

Chop up 4 cloves of garlic.

In a pan, brown 2 pounds of ground beef.

To your ground beef, add salt and pepper to your liking.

Once your ground beef is browned and you drain the excess fat, dump it into your crock pot.

Then add your garlic.

Add your uncooked veggies.

Add some little potatoes.

Add 2 packets of chili mix.

Add about 1 tablespoon of chili powder.

Add 1 tablespoon of cumin.

Then add a 28 ounce can of crushed tomatoes.

Take a can of plum tomatoes, drain it.

Take your whole plum tomatoes and squeeze them in a can, then dump the whole can in, leaving the excess liquid out just in case it needs more liquid.

Once your sauce is in, stir this up a little bit.

Turn this on high for about a couple hours until all of your veggies have been cooked.

Once your potatoes and veggies are cooked, get some cheddar cheese, sprinkle that on top, serve it up and eat.
