- 1 craspberries
- 2 cstrawberries
sliced
- 1 largeapple
diced
- 1 cgreen grapes
halved
- 111-ounce can mandarin oranges
- 1 tbspfresh lemon juice
- 8 ozmascarpone cheese
softened
- 1 cplain yogurt
- ¼ choney
- 1 tbsplemon juice
- 1 tspvanilla extract
Directions

Combine all the fruit in a serving bowl. Toss with the lemon juice and gently mix.

In a small bowl, whisk together the mascarpone cheese, yogurt, honey, lemon juice and vanilla extract.
