Tips for Perfect Protein Pancake Bites:
- Don't Overmix: Mix the batter until just combined. Lumps are okay and often lead to fluffier results.
- Grease Your Pan: Even if your muffin tin is non-stick, a light spray ensures easy removal.
- Fill 'Em Up: Fill muffin cups about two-thirds full to allow for expansion without overflowing.
These easy breakfast treats are fantastic on their own, but they also pair wonderfully with a drizzle of maple syrup, a dollop of Greek yogurt, or a side of fresh fruit for a complete meal. Get ready to elevate your breakfast game with these delightful, customizable protein pancake bites!
