  • egg

  • sugar

  • Kodiak Cakes Buttermilk Flapjack and Waffle Mix

  • blueberries
    ½ c
  • mini chocolate chips
    ½ c
  • brown sugar mixed with ½ teaspoon cinnamon
    ¼ c
  • strawberry or raspberry preserves
    ½ c

Directions

    Lightly grease a 24-count mini muffin pan. Or, use a silicone mini muffin pan placed on a sheet pan.
