bone-in, skin-on

minced
- 2stalks celery

quartered
- 1 tspdried thyme
- 1 tspdried rosemary
- ½ cdry white wine
- 1 lbbaby potatoes
halved
- 2 cchicken broth
low sodium or no sodium added
- 1 cheavy cream
- 1 cfrozen peas
- fresh parsley
chopped, for garnish
