- 250 gall purpose flour
about1 1/4 cup
- 1 largeegg
whisked plus enough water to make 95 grams
- 3 tbspfinely chopped mixed herbs; any mix of fresh basil
fresh parsley, fresh chives, fresh thyme
- lemon
- 3 tbspolive oil
- 3 clovesgarlic
minced
- ½ tspsalt

*Prepare pasta according to pasta maker instructions
