- 1 tbspcornstarch or arrowroot powder/flour
- oil sprayer bottle with grapeseed or olive oil
- 1 tbspunsalted butter
- 3garlic cloves

- ⅓ craw honey
- ½ clow-sodium chicken broth or stock
- 1 tbsplow-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsprice vinegar or apple cider vinegar
- oil sprayer bottle

Directions

Place the chicken thighs in a large bowl and season with salt and pepper; add the cornstarch and toss until well coated.

Place the chicken in the basket in a single layer sprayed with oil and air fry at 380ºF for 7 minutes on each side or until an internal temperature reaches 165ºF in the thickest part.
