You have a bit of flexibility with ingredients to suit your pantry or preferences for this keto cranberry cheesecake. For the sweeteners, feel free to use your preferred liquid sweetener, whether it's the suggested vanilla liquid stevia or another monk fruit liquid product you enjoy for the creamy filling. Similarly, for the crust and the sugar-free cranberry sauce, the Monk Fruit Allulose Confectioners and monk fruit allulose sweetener (granulated) can often be swapped with other granulated keto-friendly sweeteners if you keep the ratios similar. You could also experiment with using unsalted butter and adding a pinch of salt if that's what you have on hand for the crust.
This beautiful no-bake cheesecake is the ideal centerpiece for any holiday gathering, from intimate family dinners to festive parties. Serve chilled, perhaps with a few extra fresh cranberries or a sprig of mint for an elegant presentation that signals the festive season.
