- 3 cups cake flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 ¾ cups light brown sugar

- ¾ cup creamy peanut butter
- 4 large eggs
- 1 ¼ cups whole milk
- 1 cup unsalted butter

- ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- ¼ cup heavy cream

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a 9x13 pan.

Place cake flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl and whisk to combine.

With an electric mixer or stand mixer on medium speed, cream brown sugar and butter until fluffy. Add oil and vanilla and mix until combined.
