    peeled & chopped 3/4" pieces

  • 4 stalks celery

    chopped 3/4" pieces

  • 8 sprigs fresh thyme
  • 2 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp fennel leaves

    chopped for garnish

  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
