This slow cooker chicken topped with Alabama white sauce is so easy and so good! Perfect for any gathering and super simple to make.
Ingredients
- 2lbs-2.5lbs of skinless
boneless chicken breasts
- 1 tspSmoked Paprika
- ½ tspGarlic Powder
- ½ tspLiquid Smoke
- Salt and Pepper
- ½ cchicken broth or stock
- 1 cmayonnaise
- ⅓ capple cider vinegar
- 1 tspWorcestershire sauce
- 2 ½ tspwhite or brown sugar
- ½ tspsalt
- ½ tspgarlic powder
- ½ tsponion powder
- ¼ tspblack pepper
- ¼ tspcayenne
Directions
Chicken instructions

Place all ingredients in a slow cooker and cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours.
Alabama white sauce instructions

Wisk all ingredients together and chill for 1 hour. This makes around 1.5 cups of white sauce.

Serve chicken on hamburger buns, top with pickles and red onions, and pour white sauce over the top. This should make 6-8 sandwiches.
