- 1 canwild sardines in extra virgin olive oil
drained
- 1 smallcarrot
minced
- 2 smallribs of celery
minced
- 2 tbspred onion
- 2 tbspfresh parsley
- 1 tbspcapers
drained
- 1 tbspdijon mustard
- 1 tbspavocado mayonnaise

- 1 tbsplemon juice
- salt and pepper
- Toasted bread
- Crackers
- Bibb lettuce
- Mixed salad greens
Directions

Place drained sardines in a large bowl and mash with a fork.

Add remaining ingredients to the bowl, stir until well combined.
