    skin-on chicken thighs

  • 1 lb. baby potatoes

  • 1 red bell pepper

  • 1/2 c. low-sodium chicken broth&nbsp
  • 1/2 c. heavy cream&nbsp
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan
  • 2 tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano&nbsp
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder&nbsp
  • Thinly sliced basil
