This chickpea and tuna salad with onion, parsley, olives, and feta is the best. It works as a main dish or as a dip for pita chips. Easy to whip together and delicious too.

Ingredients

  • 1can italian tuna packed in olive oil, undrained
  • 1can chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained
  • 1can black olives, chopped
  • ¼ cupchopped italian (flat-leaf) parsley
  • ½red onion, chopped
  • lemon, juiced
  • ¼ cupcrumbled reduced-fat feta cheese, or more to taste
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
