Ingredients

  • canned vegetarian refried beans
    32 oz
  • taco seasoning
    3 tbsp
  • warm water

    as needed, to thin beans

  • guacamole
    1 ½ c
  • vegan sour cream
    1 ½ c
  • chunky salsa
    1 ½ c
  • shredded vegan cheddar cheese
    1 c
  • roma tomatoes

    diced and drained of juices

  • can sliced olives or jalapenos
    4 oz
  • green onions

    chopped, optional

Directions

    In a medium bowl, stir together the refried beans and taco seasoning. Add a bit of warm water if your beans are very thick and not smooth and creamy.
