
With a perfectly crispy exterior skin and wonderfully fluffy middle, once you make an Air Fryer Baked Potato, you might never put them in the oven again!
Scrub and clean the potatoes, then pat dry. Poke them multiple times all over with a fork.
Rub butter all over the potatoes and then sprinkle evenly with garlic and herb seasoning and salt.
Place in the air fryer in a single layer making sure they are not touching.
Set air fryer to 400 degrees F.
Cook for 30 minutes, then using tongs, flip and cook for another 5 to 15 minutes (depending on the size of your potatoes), until fully cooked and a knife easily slides into the middle of the potato without any resistance.
Remove from the air fryer and let sit for a few minutes.
Cut open, then fluff the middle of the potato and serve hot with your choice of toppings.
